Shiva Temple 2

Just before Takashi's and my leaving McLeod Ganj we decided to go back to the Shiva temple, the magic and mysterious place, full of energy and vibes. Crazy to see that it's just 100 meters from a Buddhist temple, so Tibetan monks are going up the same road as Hindus. Tolerance and respect...

It was a beautiful day, we were superlazy and had some lay_down_in_the_sun_meditations :)

Thank you Lord Shiva!

Home sweetest home

Here just wanted to show you some pics from the place were we stayed. It's an old Indian row-house with some kind of terrase along the house, a small room with a chimney (youpiii), kitchen and a biiig bathroom (with no glass in the windows haha).

We had wonderful views over the hills, the South-oriented side, so the sun was going up on the left and going down on the right warming up the terrasse through the day.

That's where we had our teas, meditations, brunches, massage sessions, talks, massage sessions again.

The house is just behind the vipassana center so every morn we'd go for a group sitting, very practical! Just close to the house there are around 14 monks and nuns living, and 3 minutes from here some more 10. We had two of them over for a tea and Tibetan pizza next day, and they invited us in their turn to have some momos (I loooove momos!). I've already showed you the picture of them. They are two of the happiest and most full of compassion people I've ever met, I thought they were like children, very naive and very wise - naturally wise - at the same time. Spoke a lot about meditations and Dalai-Lama and their paths.

Writing from future )))

Sooo... we've finished the Tibetan Massage Course of 12 days. We're certified, youpiii! Mister Norbu was very very funny and super-professional. His hands are worth trying on your back! We loved the way he'd say Ooooookej or Oooooooyeah about our humble movements and our serious tries. He's Tibetan and has got the technique from his father, which is of a great value - a traditional massage from a traditional family.
Tibetan massage is similar to Shiatsu, one works with meridians and pressure points, but not really pressing. Tibetan massage can relieve pains, lighter ailments, give relaxation and energy. We've practiced a lot these days, here are some pictures:

If you're happy and you know it...

It's been one week I haven't written proper texts... Days run so fast here, may be because I am so unconditionally happy?
Waking up every morning I feel this ball of light energy growing around my plexus and rising to the heart. This is what HAPPINESS is for me. To be connected, to be full, to be tuned. Heart center is said to be our consciousness, our US, the door to the 12th dimension, where the pure love (God, Universal Knowledge or whatever you call it) is. I want my heart to be open and free of bounds, fears and attachments. Vipassana helps a lot to work through these blocks. Now I'm on a veeery first level, my mind is not strong, thoughts are bouncing in every direction, but when the meditation is good (and it has been since 2 days!) I feel there's the whole path to go, one million things to take out of my subconsciousness and give away. I feel really happy and lucky to be able to do it, to have found this technic and to have people around - those who help me, who inspire me, who love me...

Be Peaceful
Be Happy
Be Liberated

Just few things

22 November

went to the Butoh festival. This is kind of Japanese Contact Dance style, when you express your blocks and kind of meditate while dancing freely, no techniques, pure sensations. Pretty impressive, but way too contemporary for me :) also dark, black, negative (the performance was about Death and faces in front of it), not THE thing I needed now.. They said tomorrow there would be clowns :)

visited a conversation class at LIT, the school that we had been to the day before. There were like 20 Tibetan and 7 or 8 English speaking volunteers. Talked about health in groups with some questions and discussions. So much love, so much interest, so many sincere faces. I was really impressed. Half of the students were monks. And haha all of them would call me teacher, which I found soso funny and bossy :) gonna do it again promised to "my" students, Dalkar and Jampa.

In the eve, after the 6 to 7 PM meditation had a session of soul realignement  with Rosine (rosinecaplot.com), thank you, beautiful soul!!! Astonishing, supermotivating, some times scaring (so true and close to what I feel and know about myself, that I thought I was hallucinating). The results are coming in some days or weeks... waiting to feel!

Tomorrow is gonna be a magic day, our friends from vipassana, our small family, finish their sattipatana retreat and go out into the real life. I missed them so much! Youpiiii

21 November

Days are just floating... I love our morning walks up the hill to Vipassana with cows checking out the trash bins and monkeys bargaining for food - first time it took me 30 minutes, now I run up in 12 - this is called motivation!

On the way when the sun goes up...

Before going up sometimes we pass by the Kunga caffee (our spot and chilling_out_in_the_sun place) and buy some cakes, the carrot cake or smth else for max 80 cents. Hm, actually not we but Cyrus :) Then we sometimes take masala tea at the tea shop just next to the center and chat with people passing by, usually the same.

Then after THE one hour of meditation with Goenka-ji I either go to Sandra's little paradise (Om-ashram with a real Baba-ji where she's staying, with roses and a sunny terrasse) and we cook, chat, play with the Australian kids or I drop in Trek and Dine resto just next to the Vipassana, they have wifi and great sun on the balcony there!

Then the main issue is usually to choose between lemon-ginger-honey or masala or lemon tea. Life is soooo hard here...

Today I went to the movie-eve at the Center for Tibetans who want to learn English. On Mondays they have movies on Tibetan issue and also momo-yammi :) The movie is free and the food is 100 rupees (1,5 euros) and mmmmmm so good! The film we saw was "Tibet: murder in the snow" - the first documented murder of Tibetan refugees crossing the mountains on their way to Dharamsala by Chinese soldiers. If you find it online, see it and spread the word! Impressive, really hard to digest, no words, no reactions would be strong enough... I talked to some monks and an American guy Carey Russell (kestrelfilms.com) who is here until the end of February making his own documentary on Tibetan stories. Found out that here in Dharamsala there are only around 10000 Tibetans, thought they were muuuuch more... Oh, and in this Center they conduct classes in English for Tibetan grown-ups and one can volunteer during the discussion hours, which I'm gonna do tomorrow at 2PM. And they also give classes in Tibetain cuisine, yopiii, gonna learn how to do the best Tibetan bread!
Feeling to DO something now, have been chilling out for a good week and now wanna action!

The Universe would love you to get on Purpose. It means that, most likely, you will have to heal fears, shift outdated perceptions, value your Self and get into alignment with your Higher Self. It means that you will have to evolve! Yes, the Universe would love you to get on Purpose...Try it. Get courageous, get committed, and get on Purpose. Whatever it takes...you will be supported, guaranteed. No one said that it would not be scary. It usually is one of the scarriest things for anyone. But the rewards are so worth it...

Spiritual program :)

Yesterday after the morning vipassana (usual ritual:) had my first reiki session with lovely Sandra. Felt so light, hot and good after. Sandra said I had some issues around the throat chakra, which I already new. Some things to work at...Will have another session with a local carpet master who is a reiki teacher as well on Thursday or after. Let's see what he finds and opens.

Have just been to a pashmina shawls shop and the seller, really gentle and kind man, read my and Sandra's hands and told us few things about our astrological maps. Apparently I have to be more  grounded and control my emotions in a better way. Haha not new ))

Tonight Rosine (www.rosinecaplot.com) is going to read me and do some soul realinement, soooo excited!

Starting from Wednesday me and David we're gonna take courses in Tibetan massage, which is similar to shiatsu, yopiii, 5 days of massing massing massing :)

Then some hands reading, chakra reading with a pendula etc. David know MANY things :)

I'll tell you how it went :)

LOVE AND PEACE
